Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times.
* Utilizing AS400 and Oracle Transportation Management systems to manage customer accounts and track shipments effectively.
* Assisting in data entry tasks related to freight management and fleet operations.
* Analyzing customer needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues related to transportation management systems and ensure timely delivery of services.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
* Providing support in logistics planning by leveraging GIS tools when necessary.
Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry.
* Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in data entry and strong analytical skills to assess customer needs effectively.
* Knowledge of freight operations and fleet management practices is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
