Job Summary

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in managing client communications, nurturing key relationships, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is up-to-date. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them navigate the complexities of their insurance policies. Key Responsibilities

* Manage client communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings

  • Nurture key relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Keep track of all necessary documentation, including policy changes, important deadlines, and legal regulations
  • Assist customers with claims, providing expert guidance and support
  • Ensure all relevant data is properly tracked in our secured systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex policies and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with insurance software and systems, including claims management and policy administration

  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Certification in a related field, such as insurance or customer service
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with clients in multiple languages
