Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for generating retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand our network. You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide personalized solutions, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Generating retail sales by using your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the arenaflex network.
  • Learning and uncovering customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
  • Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
  • Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
  • Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
  • Refining your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services.

* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

  • Achieve high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of work experience
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance)
  • Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
  • Experience working in a commission-based environment (an asset)
  • Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions (an asset)
  • Customer service experience (an asset)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a retail or sales environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in CRM software

Sign-on Bonus
