Experienced Customer Service Representative – Sales and Relationship Building at arenaflex

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service and sales techniques
  • Generating retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the arenaflex network
  • Learning and uncovering customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions
  • Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution
  • Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions
  • Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory
  • Refining your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • One or more years of work experience
  • A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance)
  • Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
  • Even better if you have one or more of the following:

+ Experience working in a commission-based environment + Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions + Customer service experience We don't expect every candidate to fulfill all of the preferred qualifications for this role, so don't hesitate to apply.
