Experienced Customer Service Representative – Sales and Relationship Building at arenaflex

Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through exceptional customer service and sales techniques
- Generating retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand the arenaflex network
- Learning and uncovering customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions
- Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution
- Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions
- Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory
- Refining your sales skills through outbound calls to current arenaflex customers interested in our products and services

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- One or more years of work experience
- A willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance)
- Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods
- Even better if you have one or more of the following:
