Job Summary

As a Live Chat Representative, you'll play a critical role in serving customers through our web-based chat service. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining customer relationships by utilizing basic customer experience strategies to build trust and respect
• Providing answers to basic customer inquiries, troubleshooting and diagnosing technical/product issues
• Determining customer needs and expectations, empowering customers with the knowledge and tools necessary to "Select the Right Tire" for their needs and budget
• Validating product requirements such as sizing, fitment, and safety standards, ensuring product recommendations align with industry & company safety standards
• Completing work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service

Compensation and Benefits

Shift and Schedule
