What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from our valued customers, providing exceptional service, and resolving their inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer calls, emails, and chats in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer information in our computerized system
• Resolving customer inquiries, authorizing sales, and providing solutions to their concerns
• Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
• Collaborating with our team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements for the Role

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have at least 6 months of customer service experience, or equivalent military experience
• Live within a 2.5-hour commute of the Rapid City, SD location
• Be 18 years or older
• Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
• Meet the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (for more information, click here)
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess a valid driver's license (if applicable)
