The Opportunity

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Work at Home in Ohio, you'll be part of our Cornerstone Brands team, which includes Grandin Road, Ballard Designs, and Frontgate. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, answering inbound customer calls and providing personalized assistance to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively
• Assisting customers with questions, confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
• Personalizing the customer experience for each caller, ensuring a positive and memorable interaction
• Collaborating with your Customer Service Supervisor to achieve team goals and objectives
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to de-escalate unique situations
• A strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and seek support when needed
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
• A self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
• A headset compatible with Cornerstone Brands specifications (Cornerstone Brands reimburses $75 for headset)
• High-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option)

Compensation and Benefits

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Work at Home in Ohio, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

• Starting rate of $15.00/hour
• $1.00/hour additional for any hours worked 6pm-6am
• $1.00 for every hour worked 12:00am Saturday -11:59pm on Sunday

Training Schedule

Your employment with Cornerstone Brands begins with a six-week paid training program that requires full attendance and involvement throughout. The training schedule and the working schedule after training will be different.

System Requirements

Our Work at Home Team Members need to maintain the necessary system requirements to provide a great experience for our customers. While a full specification list will be provided after your interview, here are a few main items:

• Self-provided Computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer, and no more than three years old
• Headset compatible with Cornerstone Brands specifications (Cornerstone Brands reimburses $75 for headset)
• High-speed internet connection. Satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option
• Mac/Apple products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported
