Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Taking orders in the drive-thru and processing payments efficiently
• Assembling orders and delivering food to customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Cleaning the dining room and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued
• Working together as a team to ensure continuity of service and meet our high standards
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Ability to kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
• Ability to ascend or descend stairs
• Ability to reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
• Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Ability to take initiative and adapt to changing situations
