Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing accurate and friendly service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting Guests and Answering Questions: You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming smile and answering any questions they may have.
  • Promoting Products and Menu Items: You'll be knowledgeable about our products and menu items, and will be able to make recommendations to our guests based on their preferences and dietary needs.
  • Handling and Processing Customer Payments: You'll be responsible for processing customer payments, issuing receipts, and handling refunds as necessary.
  • Handling and Resolving Customer Complaints: You'll be able to handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our guests leave satisfied and happy.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Tidy Counter Area: You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy counter area, restocking items as needed, and ensuring that our front-of-house operation runs smoothly.
  • Restocking Items Needed for Counter Area: You'll be responsible for restocking items needed for the counter area, including supplies, linens, and other essentials.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You'll be able to communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management, providing clear and concise information and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: You'll be able to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and efficiently, ensuring that our guests receive the best possible service.
  • Attention to Detail: You'll be able to maintain a clean and tidy counter area, restock items as needed, and ensure that our front-of-house operation runs smoothly.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You'll be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Basic Math Skills: You'll be able to handle customer payments, issue receipts, and process refunds accurately and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous Experience in Customer Service: You'll have previous experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality or retail environment.
  • Knowledge of Point-of-Sale Systems: You'll have knowledge of point-of-sale systems and be able to operate them efficiently.
  • Ability to Work Flexible Hours: You'll be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
