Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer support and ensuring a memorable customer experience through timely and effective issue resolution
  • Answering customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Developing and maintaining a customer database to track interactions and preferences
  • Sourcing and developing client referrals to drive business growth
  • Making presentations of our products and services to current and potential clients
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our clients
  • Performing quality checks on product and service delivery to ensure excellence
  • Outfitting Service Technicians with the necessary products and ensuring correct allocation
  • Answering and scheduling service calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Processing paperwork related to service calls with accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a successful Customer Service Representative (Call Center or Security monitoring experience is a significant plus)
  • Excellent customer focus, verbal and written communication skills, and a strong attention to detail
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills, including experience moving between multiple computer screens while entering data
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to quickly learn new software, interfaces, and systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mentality
  • A "I can do" attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results

  • Experience in a call center or security monitoring environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word
  • Experience with data entry and management
