Job Summary

As a Service Delivery Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting the risk compliance group at blithequark. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Examining, assessing, and combining data to provide valuable insights for clients
  • Developing and implementing administrative procedures to ensure seamless client onboarding and management
  • Overseeing client payrolls, working closely with banks to ensure timely and accurate transactions
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights for clients

  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, including payroll data and compliance documentation
  • Collaborate with the risk compliance group to identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to industry standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to streamline client onboarding and management processes
  • Work closely with banks to ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders

Must-Haves:

* 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving complex issues

  • Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, formulas, and macros
  • Strong technical skills, with experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and typing at a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and industry standards

  • Familiarity with payroll processing and management systems
  • Certification in a relevant field, such as risk management or compliance
  • Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances
