As a Customer Account Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:- Analyzing sales tax exemption certificates for accuracy and ensuring compliance with tax guidelines.
- Contacting customers to obtain missing or incomplete documentation, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Applying approved sales tax exemption certificates in our state-of-the-art customized software, ensuring seamless processing and accurate calculations.
- Calculating and processing sales tax credits based on exemption documentation, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Collaborating with a cross-functional team to provide exceptional service and support to our customers, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
