As a key member of our CX team, you'll play a vital role in representing the blithequark brand, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth through unparalleled support.

What You'll Do:

As a Customer Experience Advisor at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering top-notch customer service over the phone and email, ensuring every interaction is a positive and memorable experience for our customers
  • Becoming an expert in our internal management system, efficiently processing sales orders, and maintaining customer relationships to drive loyalty and retention
  • Utilizing our communication software to collaborate with teammates, management, and other departments, fostering a culture of transparency and open communication
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance each customer's experience, and implementing solutions that exceed their expectations
  • Embracing a reformer's mindset, suggesting innovative ideas to improve processes and procedures, and driving continuous improvement within the team

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to:

  • Attend a virtual two-week onboarding program, where you'll receive comprehensive training and support
  • Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise, where you can focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
  • Have a reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router, and be willing to use the equipment provided by blithequark
  • Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra Credit:

While not required, we welcome candidates with:

  • Up to 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience working from home
