Join Our Inbound Pharmacy Service Team

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Inbound Pharmacy Service team in San Juan, Puerto Rico. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our specialty patients who are in need of life-sustaining medications. You'll work in our inbound call center, making connections and ensuring timely delivery to those patients reaching out. With our comprehensive training program, you'll have the opportunity to work remotely from your home after completing a 3-week onsite training period.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative on our Inbound Pharmacy Service team, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone. Your typical calls will include prescription refills, order status, benefits verification, and insurance coverage. You'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients, helping them on their path to better health. Key Responsibilities

* Handle a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone, including prescription refills, order status, benefits verification, and insurance coverage

  • Provide excellent customer service with empathy while resolving patients' questions on the first call
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure timely delivery of medications to our patients
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals

Essential Qualifications

* Bilingual in both Spanish and English

  • One year experience in a customer service role handling and resolving a high volume of complex customer needs over the phone
  • One year work experience with Windows-based applications like Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications
  • One year computer keyboarding experience, skills, and aptitude

Preferred Qualifications

* Certified Pharmacy Technician, CPhT or ExCPT

  • Prefer healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions, medical terminology

Education

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary. Our typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $25.65. Onsite Training and Scheduling

Onsite training is 3 weeks long, Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm. We do not train on Saturdays, but we will need people to be willing to work on Saturday once training is over. After training, you'll be given a specific schedule based on business need and operating hours (Monday through Saturday). Some of the schedules we have available are:

  • 7:30am – 4:30pm
  • 9:00am – 6:00pm
  • 10:00am – 7:00pm
  • 1:00pm – 10:00pm
