Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
- Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
- Appropriately communicating with customers
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Be over 18 years of age
- Be able to type 25 wpm
- Have a High School Graduate or GED
- Be comfortable with desktop computer systems
- Possess proven oral and written communication skills
- Be able to recognize referral needs for customers
- Be able to work in an environment free from paper and electronics (outside of blithequark provided equipment)
- Have a dedicated workspace free of distractions
What We Prefer
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- 6 months Call Center experience
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Availability to work various shifts
- Ability to use Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, we require:
- Internet Connection Requirements:
+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Proof of internet speed required
- Clean and quiet workspace
