Job Summary

As a Virtual Assistant Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll work in a dynamic environment, handling a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to senior team members as needed
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and resolutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on product knowledge
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to develop and implement process improvements
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer bases
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a virtual or remote customer service environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
