Job Summary

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and report preparation. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, and that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

* Performs data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files

  • Copies, collates, and otherwise prepares reports for mailings, meetings, and other correspondence
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Able to work between 16 - 25 hours per week

Required Skills and Abilities

* Ability to type at least 50 wpm

  • Ability to proofread and maintain high levels of accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Basic understanding of office equipment and clerical procedures
  • Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
