Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist – Information Passage Expert, you will be responsible for:

• Inputting and maintaining accurate and up-to-date information into blithequark's databases and systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our planned operations and store network management.
• Verifying and reconciling information discrepancies to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Performing regular data quality checks and reviews to identify and address errors.
• Collaborating with colleagues to investigate data-related issues and implement solutions.
• Adhering to established data entry procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency and normalization.
• Handling sensitive data with utmost care and following data protection protocols.
• Providing timely updates and reports on data entry progress and completion.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; an additional certificate in data entry or a related field is an asset.
• Demonstrated experience in data entry or a related field, preferably in a high-speed environment.
• Strong writing and proofreading skills, with high accuracy in data entry.
