[Remote] Telecommunications Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is a telecommunications company seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. This role involves facilitating communication with teams on business processes and understanding the impact of changes on workflows, as well as defining and reporting on KPIs with a focus on circuit design and data migration projects.
Responsibilities
- Facilitating communication with teams around business processes
- Understanding how changes will impact their team and workflow
- Facilitating communication with technical individuals and C-suit personnel
- Helping teams and individuals define and report on KPI's
Skills
- 4+ years of experience in a Project Management role
- 2+ years of experience working within telecom
- Experience working with Jira
- Finance/billing project experience preferred
- Experience managing security projects preferred
- Salesforce
- Experience working on circuit design projects
- Experience working with data models, data reporting and data migration strategies
