[Remote] Recruiting Specialist (Transactly)

They are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to attract, screen, and hire top talent across the organization, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct high-volume initial phone and video interviews
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear recommendations
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings
- Proactively engage passive candidates and build relationships with prospective hires
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Ensure candidates receive a professional, responsive, and positive experience throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system
- Manage job postings and ensure openings remain current across recruiting platform
- Keep recruiting workflows organized and moving efficiently
- Follow up consistently with candidates and hiring managers to maintain momentum throughout the hiring process
- Support recruiting reporting and pipeline management
- Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Maintain a high level of organization across multiple open positions simultaneously

- Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships with candidates
- Comfortable conducting multiple candidate interviews each day
- Able to manage competing priorities and multiple open positions simultaneously
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable sourcing candidates and proactively reaching out to passive talent
- Experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools
- 1-3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or recruiting coordination experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Naturally curious and skilled at asking the right questions to assess candidate fit
- Committed to providing an outstanding candidate experience
- Experience sourcing and recruiting for sales, customer service, operations, or corporate roles is preferred
