Job Summary

As a Work-from-Home Customer Benefits Representative, you'll play a vital role in assisting existing and prospective clients within our organization. You'll work with multiple clients throughout the day, providing outstanding service and product knowledge to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective clients via phone, email, and chat

Essential Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center, sales, or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn, adapt, and adjust to new processes, products, and technologies quickly
  • Strong work ethic and drive to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (or similar productivity software)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
