Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer and Data Support Specialist to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. As a remote worker, you'll be responsible for supporting our user management and customer support across the Integrated Solutions platform, developing processes and procedures for user access and management, and providing advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL skills to drive business growth. Responsibilities:

As a Customer and Data Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing clinical-related customer experiences for our products and services, prioritizing business opportunities, and delivering exceptional product and service solutions
  • Supporting Integrated Solutions Data and Clinical Support by managing user access and management across the platform, including single sign-on, deployed, and hosted solutions
  • Developing processes and procedures for user access and management, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Providing advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze data, identify trends, and inform business decisions
  • Utilizing advanced SQL skills to query and manipulate data, driving business growth and improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Analyzing customer feedback and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and support activities
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, or healthcare)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, data analysis, or a related field
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and chart creation
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, including user management and customer support

  • Advanced SQL skills, including query writing and data manipulation
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Certification in customer service, data analysis, or a related field
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
