Key Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing virtual customer service to our clients across various industries, including Retail, Healthcare, Licensed Insurance, Non-Licensed Insurance, and Tax Support. Your key responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will be responsible for your own tax obligations and will submit invoices and receive payment for completed services. Programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you will need to complete the following steps:

• Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor
• Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
• Complete a W9 form
