Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our 3rd shift team, working from the comfort of your own home after a comprehensive 5-week training program. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing empathetic and value-driven support to our customers via telephone or written format. Your expertise will help resolve complex issues, troubleshoot problems, and document customer information to support product quality programs and development.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer support inquiries via telephone or written format in an empathetic and arenaflex values-driven manner

  • Resolve customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance, or product application or compatibility matters
  • Troubleshoot problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment or software applications and recommend corrective action
  • Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert support

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of IT Help Desk or PC experience, or related knowledge
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call-center environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Social Work, Communications, or related field

  • At least 1 year of experience documenting quality assurance processes
  • At least 1 year of PC configuration and installation experience
  • At least 1 year experience in a call-center setting
  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
