Key Responsibilities
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex's clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email support
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing arenaflex's technology platform to access client information, manage tickets, and track performance metrics
- Meeting or exceeding performance targets, including call handling times, first call resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborating with arenaflex's team to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting metrics to arenaflex's management team

Technology and Equipment Requirements
To ensure seamless connectivity and high-quality customer interactions, you'll need:
- A personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity (mobile home internet and satellite internet services are not permitted)
- A valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app
- A quiet and secure work environment during working hours
- A dedicated workspace with an organized desk area
Work Environment Requirements
To ensure a productive and efficient work environment, you'll need:
- A quiet, uninterrupted space

- A personal computer and necessary software and equipment
Contractual Relationship
As an independent contractor, you'll have a contractual relationship with arenaflex. You'll remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment, and arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
Earnings and Revenue
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative, you'll earn competitive rates for your services, ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Your earnings will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and additional incentives may be available based on client and performance metrics.
Schedule
As a flexible work from home customer service representative, you'll have the ability to create a schedule that works best for you. The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, but you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit your needs.

- Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
- arenaflex is able to work with contractors residing in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Puerto Rico.
