Responsibilities

As an Experienced On-Call Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for managing inbound calls in a timely manner, providing accurate and complete information to customers, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Inbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Retail Banking and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to retail banking customers, including answering questions, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex's products and services.
  • Knowledge of Company Procedures: Maintain thorough knowledge of arenaflex's procedures, policies, and banking regulations to provide accurate and complete information to customers.
  • Meet Personal/Team Targets: Meet personal and team targets for call handling quotas and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote arenaflex Products and Services: Promote arenaflex's products and services to customers and prospects, and actively participate in the department's digital referral program.
  • Work Rotating Shifts: Work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required, with a schedule subject to change based on the needs of the department and customer demand.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum of 1 Year Banking or Related Customer Service Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in banking or a related customer service field.
  • Proficient Reading, Writing, Grammar, and Mathematics Skills: Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills, as well as proficient interpersonal relations and communication skills.
  • Assertive with Influencing Ability: Must be assertive with the ability to influence others, and have effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Ability: High analytical ability to resolve complex issues and provide solutions.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience in care center software desirable.
  • Self-Starter with Forward-Thinking Capabilities: Must be a self-starter with forward-thinking capabilities, and demonstrate good organizational skills.

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $17.00 per hour.
