Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex's clients over the phone, chat, and through ticketing systems.
  • Making outbound phone calls as needed to support client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintaining a quiet and secure work environment during working hours, ensuring a distraction-free space for optimal productivity.
  • Ensuring all technology and equipment meet the specified requirements for optimal performance, including:

+ Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted). + Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication. + High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed. + Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS). + Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed. + Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed on your personal computer.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed.
  • Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad required for program work, along with an authentication app.
