Job Summary

As a Remote Contact Center Chat Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support through various channels, including chat, messaging, email, and phone. You will be responsible for resolving member inquiries, cross-selling products and services, and opening and closing deposit accounts. If you have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!

A Day in the Life

* Efficiently answer member inquiries and resolve problems through digital channels, including email, web, and mobile messaging, chat, and text.

  • Provide support to ensure online membership applications are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Discuss members' financial needs and provide solutions through multiple remote technology channels.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for all online products and services, including Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, and more.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of arenaflex's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various digital channels, including chat, messaging, email, and phone.

  • Resolve member inquiries and problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cross-sell products and services to meet members' financial needs.
  • Open and close deposit accounts, and process other transactions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1 year of experience in a customer service position.
  • Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and member service skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PPT.
  • Must meet the requirements for our Telecommuting Program.
