Responsibilities

As a Collections Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Contacting consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Meeting or exceeding performance targets, including collection goals and quality standards
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve performance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to actively listen and communicate effectively

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• One (1) year of Call Center and Customer Service Experience
• Two (2) years of Collection Experience
• Mathematical and Analytical Skills
• Negotiation Skills
