- Process customer policy change requests and secure trailing documents
- Complete evidence of insurance requests and document customer interactions
- Take premium payments and verify customer information
- Maintain knowledge of new products and provide exceptional customer service
- Return phone messages promptly and follow up with customers as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:- Must be a California resident
