Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Care Representative Day Shift Hybrid Remote, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed expectations. Your specific duties will include:

  • Assisting customers with their inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently.
  • Communicating clear and accurate information to customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Maintaining customer accounts, including updates and maintenance, to ensure that customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Finding resolution for customer problems and issues, working closely with other departments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assisting with customer retention, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services that meet customer needs.
  • Serving as the customer's advocate, working closely with other departments to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Escalating more complex issues as needed, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their concerns.
  • Renewing customer contracts, educating customers regarding service options, and handling billing issues.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 1-2 years of customer service-related experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and typing skills.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and accurately with customers.
  • Ability to multitask, working efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing difficult customer situations and responding promptly to service requests.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Strong follow-up skills, ensuring that customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
