Job Summary
As a Customer Service/Sales Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing fast, friendly service to customers, assessing their needs, and providing assistance to drive sales revenue. You'll learn about our products and services using our tools and provide information to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions. You'll also be responsible for maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they're clean, shop-able, and safe.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide fast, friendly service to customers, assessing their needs and providing assistance to drive sales revenue
- Learn about products and services using our tools and provide information to customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions
- Greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer in your department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments
- Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they're clean, shop-able, and safe
- Develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and sales strategies to provide expert advice to customers
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions and sales opportunities simultaneously
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment
