Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Solving customer problems and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Processing orders and payments, ensuring seamless transactions and timely updates
  • Tracking orders and providing updates to customers, keeping them informed throughout the process

Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable

  • Answer questions about arenaflex products and services, providing accurate and timely information to meet customer needs
  • Solve customer problems and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Process orders and payments, ensuring seamless transactions and timely updates
  • Track orders and provide updates to customers, keeping them informed throughout the process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, ensuring that customer inquiries are answered accurately and efficiently
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process orders and payments, and track customer interactions
