Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving customer growth and satisfaction through post-sales activities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all post-sales activities for Digital Success customers, including touch points that require product knowledge, planning, project management, and rapport-building.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of our products and making recommendations on how customers can use them to accelerate their business objectives.
  • Leveraging high-touch and one-to-many tactics with customers to drive positive outcomes and articulate value realized for their businesses.
  • Developing, testing, and iterating on scaled playbooks and engagement strategies.
  • Analyzing customer data to create and execute engagement strategies within your customer portfolio.
  • Proactively identifying and flagging churn risk and working with other account team members to mitigate.
  • Partnering with Account Executives, Customer Success Engineers, and Technical Consultants to provide effective customer engagements.
  • Advocating for the customer by identifying customer trends and providing internal feedback on how arenaflex can better serve our customers.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1-2 years of CSM or Customer Specialist experience in a high-growth SaaS industry (arenaflex experience a plus).
  • Experience and proficiency with Front-end web development libraries and frameworks like React, Node, Next.js.
  • A significant level of comfort interacting with a high volume of customers across various mediums (phone, email, webinars).
  • Strong initiative and positive attitude.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Strong collaboration mindset and capabilities.
  • Comfortable with asynchronous work.
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity as we continue to build and refine the digital customer success segment.
