Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our passengers receive the highest level of service and support. Your key responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. * Assisting customers with booking, reservations, changes, and cancellations. * Providing information regarding flight schedules, fares, policies, and procedures. * Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, striving for first-contact resolution. * Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless travel experiences for customers. * Utilizing various software systems and tools to access and update customer information accurately. * Meeting and exceeding performance targets for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred. * Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously. * Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate: * Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airline or travel industry. * Familiarity with airline reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) is a plus. * Multilingual abilities are advantageous but not required.
