Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative (Call Center) with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Researching and resolving tax issues for both internal and external customers
- Collecting delinquent taxes through the use of multiple collection tools
- Interacting with customers via telephone, email, live chat, in person, and written correspondence
- Analyzing customers' reasons for calling and recommending process improvements
- Utilizing multiple computer systems to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every interaction

Minimum Qualifications
