Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. You will work closely with our Alaska Airlines team to support their operations and provide exceptional customer service. This is a part-time remote position, requiring approximately 20 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate

• Provide exceptional customer service to our Alaska Airlines team, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with our Alaska Airlines team to support their operations, including data entry, reporting, and analysis
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry, reporting, and analysis
• Identify and resolve any data entry errors or discrepancies, escalating issues to management as needed
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring that our data entry processes are efficient and effective
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with our Alaska Airlines team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data entry errors or discrepancies

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the airline industry or a related field

• Familiarity with CRM software, including Salesforce
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong commitment to adaptability and flexibility
