Job Description:

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be the primary resource for our clients, providing exceptional customer care, investigating, and technical support. You'll be responsible for:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for a wide range of Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and desktop Macs
- Resolving complex technical issues and providing creative solutions to clients
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technical developments and advancements in the industry
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Key Capabilities:
* Experience supporting clients through telephone, email, chat, or face-to-face interactions
- Genuine passion for customer care and responsibility for client experience, including comprehensive issue resolution
- Ability to tailor communication and style to varying audiences
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Experience with technical research and data analysis across multiple tools and platforms
- Familiarity with at least one of the following: iOS, Android, Tablet, PC, or Mac experience
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for learning and taking on new challenges

Additional Requirements:
* Availability to attend approximately 3 months of required training on a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Ability to work between the hours of 7:00 a.m. GMT and 8:30 p.m. GMT, including weekends and holidays, with the possibility to flex up or down hours based on business needs
- Successful completion of initial training program
