Job Overview:
As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting key data enrichment initiatives for one of our healthcare clients. Key Responsibilities:
* Execute data enrichment tasks as instructed by the client, ensuring precision in all entries
- Manage credentialing-related responsibilities, including the entry of application data, verification of vendor resources, and maintenance of updated board certifications
- Liaise with state boards and credentialing entities to monitor the status of updates and verifications
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate credentialing information that meets industry standards and best practices
- Validate third-party data utilizing online databases and diligently cross-check all information for correctness
- Fulfill additional duties as required to support team objectives and align with the company's goals
Required Skills:
* Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating a solid command of the English language
- Ability to effectively manage time in a remote work environment
- Basic familiarity with credentialing processes is advantageous but not mandatory
Qualifications:
* A minimum of 6 months of experience in data entry or customer service roles is preferred, though not essential
- Commitment to a full-time work schedule of 40 hours per week, with weekends off
- A reliable internet connection with speeds of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload is required
