Job Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our healthcare services by accurately inputting and updating various data into our systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately inputting and updating various data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information
- Maintaining the quality and accuracy of data through regular audits and quality checks
- Assisting in organizing and filing documents, both physically and digitally
- Supporting administrative tasks as required, including responding to emails and phone calls
- Collaborating with team members to meet productivity goals and achieve our mission
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
Experience:
Previous experience in data entry or similar administrative roles is a plus, but not required
Skills:
+ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills + Proficiency in MS Office and data management software + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) + Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Certifications:
None required, but certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus
