Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and providers. You'll answer inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll also work closely with our team to identify and implement process improvements and to develop new solutions to meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from members and providers, and respond to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Resolve issues and escalate complex problems to senior representatives or managers as needed.
  • Work closely with our team to identify and implement process improvements and to develop new solutions to meet our customers' needs.
  • Collaborate with our colleagues to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Meet or exceed performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work from home and to be self-sufficient.
  • High-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable required; use of Wi-Fi not permitted.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center environment, with a focus on healthcare or customer service.

  • Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare, with experience working with these programs.
  • Experience with working remotely in a call center setting.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience using software applications and systems.

* Work from home with occasional visits to our office in Linthicum, MD.
