Job Summary

As a Data Entry and Quality Control Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and processing customer orders, verifying service availability, conducting credit screenings, and handling payment processing. You'll also be responsible for activating services, scheduling installations, and maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

### Order Review

  • Check customer orders for completeness and ensure everything adds up.
  • Flag any discrepancies or issues for further review and resolution.
  • Verify that all necessary information is included and accurate.

### Service Availability Verification

  • Confirm the availability of services in the customer's area.
  • Document any issues or limitations and work with the team to resolve them.
  • Ensure that services are available and accessible to customers.

### Customer Needs Assessment

  • Analyze customer orders to determine their needs and suggest the best service options.
  • Provide recommendations for services that meet the customer's requirements.
  • Ensure that customers are aware of all available services and promotions.

### Credit Screening

  • Conduct credit checks to confirm the customer's eligibility for services and promotions.
  • Document results and apply any discounts or promotions accordingly.
  • Ensure that all credit checks are accurate and up-to-date.

### Payment Processing

  • Handle payments for activation fees, services, and other transactions.
  • Ensure that all payments are processed smoothly and accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.

### Service Activation/Scheduling

  • Activate services for customers immediately, if possible, or schedule installations that fit their availability.
  • Record all important details of the activation or scheduling in our system.
  • Ensure that all services are activated or scheduled correctly.

### Quality Assurance

  • Periodically review orders to ensure they meet our internal standards.
  • Share feedback and suggestions to help improve our processes over time.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

What We're Looking For

### Experience

  • Ideally, you have experience in order entry, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with credit checks and payment processing is a plus, but not required.

### Skills

  • You have a sharp eye for detail and take pride in getting things right the first time.
  • You're great at solving problems and figuring things out on the fly.
  • You're comfortable using order processing systems and CRM software.
  • Communication is your strong suit, both when writing emails and speaking with others.
  • You can work well on your own but also love being part of a team.

### Technical Skills

  • You're proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Experience with CRM software and order management systems is a bonus.
