Overview of the Role:

arenaflex is seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our HR team. This professional will be responsible for identifying and assessing the different profiles (Technical and Non-technical) to support our recruiting efforts. We're looking for proactive, dynamic individuals with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and with marked attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of our team, you will:

• Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches
• Propose new alternatives to identify candidates
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the area's current processes
• Manage the notices in the different job portals with which we work and evaluate the candidates that apply to them
• Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure seamless integration of data entry processes
• Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external candidates

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

* At least 1 year of work experience in a data entry or related role

• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships
• Proactivity and the ability to work in a team
• Paying close attention to detail in daily tasks
• Advanced English level (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience with data entry software and systems (e.g., CRM, HRIS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
