Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team on a remote basis. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering financial data into our systems. Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Accurately enter financial data into our systems with a high level of attention to detail
- Ensure the integrity and security of financial data by following established protocols
- Verify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data entry
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, preferably in an accounting or finance role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Excellent typing and 10-key skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under strict deadlines
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with financial terminology and concepts preferred
