Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring their satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to provide a seamless and personalized experience, while also driving business growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner

  • Respond to customer inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support team members or management as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informed support

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or support environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling techniques
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles
