Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service & Operations Manager to join our fully remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and driving process improvements. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service & Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all client questions, concerns, and issues
  • Promptly responding to and managing client emails, calls, and voicemails
  • Addressing and resolving all client inquiries while delivering outstanding customer service that exceeds client expectations
  • Facilitating internal client processes such as onboarding, offboarding, billing, and invoicing to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Performing routine administrative tasks, including daily job board postings using provided templates and guidelines
  • Identifying process improvements to boost client satisfaction, streamline workflows, and minimize errors
  • Learning different areas of the business, filling operational gaps, and mentoring or training new team members as we scale
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks, collaborations, internal projects (e.g., employee handbooks, process documentation, training manuals), etc.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 4+ years of customer service experience minimum (B2B preferred)
  • 2+ years of full-time remote experience (hybrid/covid not applicable)
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience required
  • Proven track record of self-management, productivity, and consistency working independently
  • Ability to understand customer needs, take ownership, and solve problems
  • Extremely organized, reliable, and phenomenal attention to detail
  • Ability to pass upfront and random Drug Screenings as required
  • Working at-home computer with reliable high-speed internet (50 Mbps+)
  • Technically adept with proficiency in CRM's, Microsoft Office, etc
  • Automotive industry knowledge or experience is a plus
