Job Description

As an In-Studio Casino Dealer, you will be responsible for hosting online casino games from our Philadelphia broadcasting studio. You will be interacting with players who are live streaming the games from their computers, tablets, and smartphones. With our online casino, the excitement never stops!

Key Responsibilities:

* Host online casino games, including classic games like Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat

• Interact with players in a live, online casino setting
• Follow a screen prompter and respond to player queries
• Provide an exceptional customer experience, ensuring players have an enjoyable and engaging experience
• Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple games and players simultaneously
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless game hosting and player support

Essential Qualifications:

* 21 years of age or older to obtain the required Gaming Licenses

• High energy and a customer service background
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with a live digital audience
• Ability to work in a prolonged sitting position, with repeated use of both hands and arms
• Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4+ feet away
• Ability to communicate one way verbally to players
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. (for the shoe)
• Ability to present on camera continuously in front of 30W High Beam Bi-Color LED Soft Lights without protective eyewear
• Ability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and overnight shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service, reception, or a related field

• Familiarity with online gaming or casino operations
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other team members
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
