Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or related environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in a customer-facing role in the retail or hospitality industry

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
