Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

* Experience in the food delivery or retail industry

  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
