Job Summary
As an eBay Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. You'll work closely with our team to identify and implement process improvements, share best practices, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, either through phone, email, or chat
- Utilize various tools and systems to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and processes
- Meet or exceed performance and metric standards, including AHT, resolution, customer satisfaction, and schedule adherence

Requirements
* 2+ years of call center or relevant customer service experience
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
